I wonder, 'has it stopped raining, yet?'
Poor Natasha- her garden is sopping wet
Poor me, I am not in it, painting, as I should be.
Thank heavens for digital photography!

If an author cannot be honest enough to name and show the relationship between her and her nanny who is looking after her children, then its fair comment to question just how much that has been written in the blog/book is true.

ps. the comment belonged further down the blog.

Everybody edits; whether you are talking to a friend, in a debate or writing a journal. Perhaps the relationship was removed to keep the writing cleaner- remember it a text intended for publishing, i.e. to satisfy a readership. I think Wifey parodies herself, her needs for the comforts of urban living, etc. There are events in peoples lives so terrible, no matter how privileged they are judged to be, that will cause genuine grief and suffering that will colour their life experiences.
I don't understand your need to criticise this particular blog when most of your other concerns appear to be political.

Thank you for directing me to the rant of WITN. It is worthy of a diva.
The mask drops.

Whew!
You really have an axe to grind- grind away, IAFC, it's your problem. I'm sorry you won't make the effort to get to know her.
