Inter-dimensional matter transporter...

..well, across the North East will do; I've double-booked. Call me greedy, but after I booked The Moot Hall in Hexham for an exhibition from the 28th Sept to the 4th October, I couldn't turn down the opportunity to have work at the NewcastleGateshead Art Fair, at The sage, from 1st-4th October.
Give a choice of puddings, always prefer a little of each, quite frankly.
I don't actually have to be at Gatehead all the time; both Mick Oxley (whose gallery is to host my work) and collegue Michelle Milburn propose to attend, all the time- only, it's daft not to show my face, it being such a good opportunity to network, and more importantly, to help!
I am at the preview, for sure, so it would be lovely to see anyone who makes the night. I will have some tickets. Get in touch if you want some. Or, come along to Hexham, it is pot luck, I will be there some days, or it will be my good friend, Tanya, (who, I suspect, will represent my work better than I).
And, of course, if anyone comes up with a matter transporter in the mean time, let me know?

I was wondering about that you know!!!
Personally I'd just be happy with an extra week for the planning and six more hours in a day!!

I aim not to look at your webpage because I want ALL your paintings and I can't afford even one!!! (if I get a book deal or win the lottery I will be having a buying spree...) Arrggghhh! You are a genius, as always. Thanks for making my day shine by the chance to look at true beauty! Helen

(sorry copied and pasted something else by mistake last comment!)

...by the way I sent you a friend request on F/b! (oh forgot to say that I've earmarked "Wave Portrait" as mine: I can see it's still available!! Do you take deposits if one cannot afford the whole thing up front?!)
BTW, my great great Aunt was quite a well-known painter/alumni of the Royal Academy: Eleanor Hudson but known as Erlund Hudson http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/in_pictures/7868217.stm. She's over 90 and still as clear as a bell: I'm going to send her some prints of your paintings off the internet because I'm sure they would give her great joy, now she can no more produce herself! she too used to have a wonderful use of colour and light to convey atmosphere. Your admirer, Helen!
PS good luck with the exhibitions and the logistics!

Sorry to use this blog as a message board but The Dotterel (or Tim), I'm going to buy your book! I'd love to know more so will be reading your blog Writing therapy. BTW you are familiar, did you ever visit my blog www.frustratedstay-at-homemum.blogspot.com? (I'd love your moral support there - check out my latest posting on writer's anguish!) I hope you found a link to these wonderful paintings there...please join us in promoting them - after you've had a good browse, that is!!

I think you need to get painting. Perhaps a farm scene, maybe a farmer somewhere, and possibly a dog or two...
